Return Policy Guidelines
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the shipping date. For our U.S. customers, return shipping is complimentary when using the prepaid label provided with your shipment.
To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these steps:
- Accurately complete the enclosed Returns Form.
- Securely repackage the item, ideally in its original packaging.
- Include both the original packing slip or receipt and the completed Returns Form inside the package.
- Affix the prepaid Merchandise Return Label prominently on the outside of the package.
- Drop the package off at a USPS location, UPS facility, or an authorized store. (Please note: scheduling a UPS pickup incurs an additional $10.00 fee.)
For international customers (including those in the EU, UK, and Canada), return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, any returned merchandise received within 90 days will have its product value fully refunded.
Once your return is received, please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund process. This period includes:
- Transit time to our facility (5-10 business days).
- Internal processing time (3-5 business days).
- Bank processing time (5-10 business days).
If your return package is missing a return label, please contact our Support Team with your order details for immediate assistance.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered to the United States and Canada.
- For U.S. customers: Enjoy free shipping along with prepaid return labels for eligible items.
- For Canadian customers: Shipping is free; however, you may be responsible for applicable Taxes & Duties. Shipping methods are determined based on item weight, rounded up to the nearest pound as per carrier guidelines.
- For EU and UK customers: Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. Taxes & Duties, if applicable, are your responsibility. Please consult our shipping quotes page for estimated delivery times.
After placing your order, estimated shipping and delivery times—based on product availability and your chosen method—will be displayed on the shipping quotes page.

Backorder Information
On rare occasions, due to production or transit delays, your order may be split into multiple shipments. In such cases:
- Shipping fees apply only to the initial shipment.
- No extra shipping costs will be incurred when backordered items are delivered later.
We are committed to keeping you informed about any delays and will provide timely updates regarding the status of backordered items.
